Social Media & Measurement Intern
Peace One Day is a non-profit organisation that raises awareness for World Peace Day on September 21st. The role has afforded insight into how campaigns are developed and implemented, communication with NGO and corporate partners, and research and analysis skills.
Duties include:
-Writing and posting original content on the Peace One Day social media accounts
-Contributing ideas for social media strategy and campaigns
-Researching innovative ways to reach and expand the Peace One Day audience
-Measuring reach of social media campaigns using Twitter and Google Analytics, Google
-Alerts and Excel Spreadsheets
Speech Therapist Assistant

The role involved shadowing a speech therapist and assisting with administrative duties. It required me to be sufficient in Microsoft Excel & Office. I accompanied the Speech Therapist in meetings with clients, both adults and children and therefore it was imperative that I remained professional but affable. This experience boosted my communicative confidence and client liaison skills.
