    Part of the leadership team integral to the day-to-day trading of the business and heading up the Creative department. Responsible for delivering and ensuring brand integrity across all creative assets including email, social media, OOH advertising, online store and physical retail stores. Reporting directly to the CEO, managing a team of juniors and working with freelancer support to uphold and advance brand standards whilst meeting business objectives. Working across product, merchandising, customer service and marketing departments to plan and execute future campaigns. Responsible for researching, conceptualising, planning, art-directing and implementing all campaigns and promotions across brand touch-points. Responsible for liaising with external web-development, Marketing and production companies. Leading all content shoots domestically and internationally across studio and location. In the last year, led the creative brand overhaul with the brief to elevate the brand to appeal to a higher socio-economic customer, justifying product price increases and clearly and concisely articulating the brands purpose - moving away from a bold, male focused, action / adventure brand to softer, refined, female first, purpose-led social enterprise with education at its core. Working in conjunction with the product team to design, visualise and develop a higher quality brand proposition, improved products, better margins and premium creative execution.
