Hello.
I am an animator based in Edinburgh, Scotland.
I specialise mainly in 2D animation.My process has always used physical and hand-made methods at its core. I was interested in preserving the original illustrative quality in her films, by using traditional animation techniques combined with digital processors. My work is inspired by themes of dreams and memory and explores the connection between human perception and reality.

- IllusionsIllusions is a film I was working on during my graduation year in Edinburgh College of Art. <p> It is a film about two characters that meet because of an accident, due to which they find themselves lost, each in their own limbo. To get out, they need to win a simple game with only one rule: the next level is just a step down. - Bad JokeThis film was made as part of the 10 days 10 films project - an ongoing annual challenge for animation students all over the world, where in the period of 20 days participants were to create up to 10 films, spending maximum 24 hours on each of them. <p> I wanted o try model-making and puppet animation for a while and this film is one of my first experiments with the medium. The puppet was made using wire skeleton, tape, wool and wooden installations for the beak and hands. <p> Voice-over by Barney MP.
- Treasure HuntThis film was made as part of the 10 days 10 films project - an ongoing annual challenge for animation students all over the world, where in the period of 20 days participants were to create up to 10 films, spending maximum 24 hours on each of them. <p> "Tresure Hunt" was inspired by one of my old sketches of underground systems of tunnels and paths. <p> Film is hand-drawn, digitally coloured and composed in After Effects.
- How to Pick Up a GirlThis film was made in response to a brief giving as part of the Animation course in Edinburgh College of Art. We were to make a sort sting for the final year's graduation show, to play in between their films in Filmhouse cinema. The only restriction was that we had to integrate ECA (Edinburgh College of Art) name in it somehow. <p> Painted with oil on glass.

I was designing a banner for the main page of Bogdarnya Farm based in Vladimir region, Petushki, Krutovo.
Client: John Kopinski (owner of the Bogdarnya Farm).

I was working with Mike Vass and Charlotte Heathway on their music album "Dead Stations" as a lead animator for the trailer. Trailer was released in February 2016 and the album was performed live in Usher Hall in Edinburgh in March 2016.
I've animated the trailer using natural materials such as grass, sticks and stones combining that with glass animation to represent the feel of the music.
CD cover design was made by using my sketches and stills from the trailer.
