Music Producer & Artist
The main objective that I set myself in this role is to ‘ensure that I am always proactive and continuingly providing the best service possible’. In this position at LC Designs I was responsible for generating, processing and maintaining the B2B sales received from independent clients. I was the first point of contact when customers were placing orders and/or making enquiries, I also handled the sales generated online via the company’s website, and amazon. With this in mind I also had a hand in re-editing the website and liaising with designers to make aesthetic changes, meeting and discussing them with directors and through this began leading and generating additional sales through the new social media pages such as Facebook & Twitter. Quality Checking: This part of my job role includes using my knowledge and initiative to check goods that have been received and deciding whether the quality of the product is of a standard accepted by LC Designs and would be of a customer and consequently reporting back to the Quality Check Department for further analysis and correspondence with manufactures.
In this, which was my first job, I worked in the Communications and Media Unit at Kent County Council, in which I performed essential administration functions within a small team, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of this indispensable group. One of my main jobs other than administration was assisting my colleague in the production of the tri- weekly Media Monitoring & social coverage pack that was distributed to staff and councillors at Kent County Council.
