The first key area of my work at SIX is as an event curator, project manager and facilitator for one of the organisation's flagship events- The Unusual Suspects Festival.
I designed and curated this global social innovation event, over several days, in Glasgow, Northern Ireland, London and Seoul, South Korea. Tasks included:
- Recruiting partners, designing programme, logistics design
- Project managing
- Programme and session design
- Capacity building of individuals and organisations
- Creating spaces for non traditional learning and peer to peer exchange
- Facilitating sessions and dialogues
The other key area of my work at SIX is around communications. I coordinated communications for the organisation, developing yearly communications strategies, mapping channels and audiences and making clear the mission, purpose and impact of the company. This included writing and designing social media output and newsletters, as well as managing, curating and creating regular content for the website.
