About me
Researcher and social scientist with extensive work experience in the non-for-profit sector and field experience in East Asia, Central Asia, Western Balkans. Currently serving as adjunct faculty for security studies and civil society in Germany. Looking for innovative and creative environments to address social issues and understand complex phenomena. Passionate about human rights, gender equality, political violence and guiding different audiences to understand complex problems. Language proficiencies in Albania, Italian, Mandarin-Chinese, some Spanish and willing/able to learn more upon necessity. Deep thinker, fast learner, hopeless idealist stuck in realism and searching ways to connect dots. Eager to find new inspiring and diverse environments where I can offer my insight and local context to world views.
