- Managing the relationships with Sofar global network of emerging artists across six continents.
- Identifying and nurturing community needs to support artists at the early stages of their careers.
- Delivering artist insights to the company.
- Managing the agency relationship with Sofar's MCN for it's YouTube channel.
- Leading regular consultations on artist compensation with the Sofar Finance team, balancing global budgets against the best possible compensation package we can offer.
