Hey, I’m Ed, a musician with over 10 years experience. Since enjoying success in my career as an artist, I have more recently branched out and worked as a composer/sound designer too. My ability to play multiple instruments paired with my eclectic taste makes me adventurous - I love creating a variety of stuff and no genre is off the table. When composing I tend to find myself fusing modern classical, cinematic elements with sophisticated electronic production, but my pop experience and recent co-writing success makes me feel capable of meeting many different briefs. As I seek new challenges, I look to better myself and grow while making friends with whom I can build beautiful things. Glow-worm immersive videoMerkle

I was commissioned by Merkle B2B to compose music and sound design for an immersive video as part of an exhibition at the NEC for Glow-worm. The video was advertising their staff incentive holiday competition through displaying various potential destinations. I composed a gradually building, ambient electronic beat with creative use of sound design and field recordings to bring each location in the video to life (beachside, jungle, and festival scenes). I worked remotely in my studio.

I was commissioned by Momentum: The Global Growth Consultancy to compose music and sound design for a video advertising VMware cloud-based tech to one of their existing clients (The Police) for an event showcase. The video involved a combination of an emotional story with a voiceover describing the tech along with data on screen. I composed dynamic, classically inspired music fused with sophisticated electronic production to evoke emotion and designed sound to accentuate the on-screen information and animations. I worked remotely from my studio.
