I was part of the creation of an experiential and immersive theatre installation for notonthehighstreet.com's 10th birthday anniversary in Old Spitalfields Market in Shoreditch.
Creative: I researched costume ideas for the performers, put together presentations via InDesign to send over to the client, came up with ideas for the characters and wrote the character briefs.
Casting: I sourced the actors and performers, organised the auditions and was involved with final casting decisions.
Artist management: I looked after the 40+ performers on the event days to ensure everything went smoothly. I ensured their breaks were taken according to the rota I had created for them, made sure they were happy with what they were doing and was on hand for any queries.
