Functioned as the remote European marketing office for Saks Fifth Avenue. Tasks included covering LFW, MFW and PFW for Saks social media channels from both front row seats and podium. Developed concepts and shot designer collaborations, including brands such as Prada, Johanna Ortiz, Marcelo Burlon, Officine Generale and more. Handled influencer collaborations in the various cities - Kate Foley in London, Vivana Volpicella in Milan and Sabina Socol in Paris. Worked directly with the Fashion Director to ensure all content was consistent with the Saks POV. Planned and/or shot digital campaigns for Saks.com (PFW buyer story, Altuzarra).
Provided on-site support at show locations, including photography and behind-the-scenes coverage for the CFDA website and social media channels, shot with both professional camera equipment and mobile. Organised the NYFWM assets and continuously updated the CFDA website through a customised WordPress backend. Used Campaign Manager to create a bi-weekly newsletter summarising the highlights of New York Fashion Week: Men’s.
Responsible for campaigns, content creation, copywriting and posting across platforms based on a hierarchy of vendors, exclusive merchandise, emerging designers and marquee events through Curalate, Facebook Scheduling and Twitter Media Studio. Increased Instagram following by 44% within 7 months, while having responsibility of the Editorial Content Calendar. Analysed social media activity and analytics by using Sprinklr, Curalate, Trackmaven, Facebook-, Twitter- and Instagram Insights. Created campaign based- and monthly reports by tracking performance of content on the social media platforms. Handled all paid activity on Facebook and Instagram, including developing paid strategies presented to vendors. Curated the UGC contributions in the #SaksStyle hub on Saks.com, and engaged with users through Community Management on IG.
Collaborated with the Marketing Manager to create a marketing and social media strategy. Used Adobe Software to create merchandise presentations, line plans and look books used for wholesale purposes. Created and analysed an effective CGNY social media schedule using specialised software (Buffer, Google Analytics, Facebook Insights) along with Shopify, Facebook Ads and Pinterest Ads. Solely developed a strategy to expand company network using LinkedIn, including the business page and Cynthia Gale’s private profile. Photographed and customised assets for the website, social media and email campaigns.
