I have had a passion for music and entertainment from a young age, doing work experience in short film sets, live events, music and theatre and studied the industry in my BA Hons degree ‘Entertainment Management’. I get a drive from seeing projects come to life and a buzz from immersing myself within the creative process. I aspire to work within a role that offers others the ability to escape their reality and enrich their daily lives through entertainment, and I am very excited to see where my career will take me.

- Implemented Pardot into Reed & Mackay’s digital strategy which drove a 200% increase in customer and prospectus engagement through effective email, drip campaigns and lead capturing landing pages.
- Managed and implemented the businesses digital marketing activity for lead generation, brand awareness and enhancing client relationships.
- Built and managed all global email marketing, including client and partner newsletters, event promotion and crisis comms, producing a 100% engagement growth in 2 months of implementation
- Developed lead nurturing ‘drip campaigns’ for key customer segments that directly increased the number of SQL and brand awareness towards colder leads.
- Accountable for a high uptake of event attendance through the creation of effective email automation, forms, data capturing landing pages and direct mail.

- Built and maintained prospect and client-facing marketing plans, including content calendars and promotional activities.
