Ela Kazdal (b. 2001, Istanbul) is an artist and filmmaker based in London. She works part-time at MUBI as an assistant video editor and studies Fine Art with Creative Computing at Central Saint Martins. In her practice, there is a focus on editing and experimenting with lensless filmmaking techniques. She has screened her films across venues such as; the Everyman Cinema Kings Cross in London, Billytown in the Hague, Æden in Berlin and Salt Beyoğlu in Istanbul as part of the 4th Istanbul International Experimental Film Festival.
