I trained to be an actor at Rose Bruford school of speech and drama.
Since then I've gone on to perform in London's West end production of Warhorse twice, once as an actor and again as a horse puppeteer.
I've spent most of my acting career working in physical theatre with companies such as Frantic Assembly, The Old Vic etc.
I am also a spoken word artist, performing poetry regularly in London, some of my work can be found online on Vimeo and Youtube. My style is a blend of musical conversation, informal and inviting.
My side hustle is personal training, using my skills acquired on stage to give my clients a full awareness of their body and a strength through movement.
My goal is to produce fresh theatre, film and music through my writing that draws people out of the day to day formalities they are accustomed to.
