About me

I'm a journalist and presenter from Wales based in London. I've worked for the Guardian, Channel 4 News, the BBC, S4C and WalesOnline. My strength is in digital - I'm able to turn around web copy quickly and effectively, but I'm also able to make a video should a client need it. I'm a true digital native, in front of the camera for a Facebook video or behind a smartphone writing the Instagram caption. In my spare time I'm a seamstress and a Muay Thai fighter, though, not at the same time.
