Elif Erguvan studied Product Design at Central Saint Martins College. Throughout her studies, she has worked in several Interior and Product Design Studios in London, New York and Istanbul where she gained experience on organizational skills, manufacturing processes and concept development. Her decision to specialize in Interior Design stems from her desire to include her furniture and products into spaces, always aiming to combine aesthetics and functionality. In her designs, she explores the relationship between products and their users. She aims to develop a special connection between the user and the product. Developing a personal bond either through the means of focusing on more than one sense or making simple things easier for the user. It means designing furniture and products that support and enhance human behavior and actions in everyday life. Alongside her technical experience, she has a keen understanding of trends, fashion, textile, color and branding. Although her passion is Furniture and Interiors, she is able to apply her passion and process to various products and industries.
