I'm a marketing professional with over 10 years retail experience across several fields.
During my time at university, I studied all aspects of business and have a keen
interest in the digital and social media sectors. I completed my Masters in Marketing
Management in 2018 having done an undergraduate degree in Business Studies.

• Much of my time was spent capturing photo and video content in the workshop but
also writing the copy for social posts, blogs, newsletters and press releases and
scheduled them to go out. I regularly spoke to makers about their work and formed
good bonds over time.
• Since the company was rebranding I was responsible for designing the new brand
collateral: posters, postcards, email and newsletter templates as well as clothing.
• One of the key goals in my role was member growth, I accomplished this through
raising brand awareness online and email direct marketing. By building a database
of potential members we reached out through varying emails pitching our services.

attitude towards them. Branding and brand management looking at how to stand out
in a crowded market place and the challenges you might face. Lastly, services
marketing similar in ways to communications taught me about how companies can
quickly adapt and change to suit the needs of their customers and factor in the
constant technological advances.
