I'm involved in all jobs (film, photography, publishing, charity) I'm the first point of call for clients and new requests, I overlook all jobs running through studio from pre-production to post-production and delivery. I make sure the client or agency is looked after at all stages, I control all budgets, deal with all contracts and legal, usages of all jobs, I make sure my team is growing and learning latest industry standard, I look out for new talent, brands and technology. I'm the go-to-person for all production questions. I trouble shoot and aid PR, editorial and also image requests. I'm Rankin's right hand woman. I'm creatively led.
