Recruited volunteers onto the government funded International Citizen Service programme using various digital marketing methods including social media advertising, HTML newsletters and job listing websites and analysed their success using Google Analytics.
Assisted the production of creative material including a beermat campaign and a brand new ambassador scheme.
Produced content for the organisation’s social media networks and individually managed influencer campaigns
Managed and attended recruitment events at colleges and Universities.
Observed group tasks, conducted interviews and provided feed back to colleagues during assessment days.
Networked and successfully forged partnerships with similar organisations, including Virgin Unite.
