About me
Elis is a School Governor who helps schools to excel and to be in line with the regulation of the UK Education ministry, in coalescing at the board level her business economics background and the training field.
Before embracing this « School Governor » role, Elis worked 10 years as a trainer and an instructional designer. After a successful career helping schools to stay at the cutting-edge of the market and students to become independent at work, in improving overall workplace capabilities thanks to training cohort developments,face-to-face sessions to over 2500 employees, Elis, a professional with nearly over a decade of successful consulting and project management experience, now, commits to rehabilitate her values and make them operational,in erasing the barriers via various hats: « business mentor », « non-executive », « mediator ». Entrepreneurs are able to make a genuine decision making thanks to a reflective approach , an independent voice with an unbiased analysis, strong analytical troubleshooting, alternative operational creations like «to lead development research and improvements to create million dollar opportunities upon closing as opposed to the thousand dollar opportunities created with the original data.” , “as a project manager, to reduce initial investment costs by 78%”, or more simply , by questioning, “to discover that your first idea included already an identified niche and it was better than the new idea without any niche you were trying to implement “ , to name a few.

Elis, when she's not working, likes sport (athletics, walking, tai-chi-chuan ), new projects from scratch with Founders co-founders, learning (architecture from HarvardX, tsunamis and Storm surges at WasedaX...) , Art (art premier, primitive, ethnographic), inventions/innovations (agriculture, health, “green” devices, education), writing (articles, non-academic essays).
