I was in charge of the production and the deployment of brand partnerships within the Guardian digital and print supports:
- Working closely with the sales team to check project’s feasibility, budget and timeline
- Identifying campaign’s milestones and requirements with editorial and creative teams to ensure projects are delivered on brief, time and budget
- Organising and resourcing the production as well as the deployment with internal teams
- Deploying and maintaining the partnerships to reach campaign's requirements and KPIs
- Creating and maintaining the internal and external project documentation such as budget, project plan, status report and performance report
- Managing the relationships with media agencies and clients throughout the campaigns
I was managing the project management team:
- Following up with team members on pipeline and existing projects to identify challenges and best practices
- Being the point of contact for other teams to escalate issues and queries
- Working with other departments to improve process and communication
- Helping team members to set up their personal objectives, understanding how they can develop their skills and what opportunities their role could offer
- Identifying and escalating production challenges that the PM team is facing

I worked on various accounts to deploy new digital campaigns and maintain existing websites:
- On-going communication with clients to follow-up on project achievements and milestones
- Maintaining key documentation such as project plans, status reports and budget trackers
- Reporting on KPIs and analytics on a weekly and monthly basis
- Creating proposals including content, design and development services
- Creating a transversal content strategy proposal for our existing clients: definition of content strategy processes including market research, content production, content promotion and KPI definition

- Auditing existing websites: creation of templates for the audits (spreadsheets, powerpoint presentation, budget tracking sheets, project plans, KPIs and analytics reports)
