I am a Marketing and Creative Project Manager who gained a wide project management experience working within marketing and operation teams in different industries, such as Tech, Video Production, Food & Beverage and Live Events (e.g. gigs, trade shows/exhibitions, conferences, seminars, etc).     I am responsible for all of HyperX Peripheral product marketing, supporting the timely creation, publishing, maintenance and communication of a wide range of marketing and sales materials, assets and resources for all HyperX Peripheral product launches across EMEA and throughout their lifecycle.  Also I am responsible for the E2E global translation process and handle the timely execution of all global translation projects. RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO: * Coordinate all HyperX Peripheral product launches. This includes: a) liaison with Marketing Coordinators in the US/Global team to ensure the readiness of launch materials and assets, ensuring these have correct specs and messaging b) work alongside Creative team for key assets c) communicate with all stakeholders to ensure requirements are met * Management of translation agencies for all product launches: I am the main point of contact between multiple external translation agencies and internal stakeholders * Responsible for global translation projects from start to finish: submitting source files for translation, the review process and on-time file delivery to necessary parties. Also, working with agencies to resolve any issues or potential delays; contribute to the improvement and efficiencies of the process * Be the expert in all things translations: Knowing timelines for each type of project submission, keeping up to date with in-country reviewers feedback/schedules, looking up one-off translations, review/processing invoices, translation memory updates and making sure the glossary is up to date * Interact with internal and external stakeholders by delivering daily updates on all projects in progress * Be the liaison between the Corp/ regional offices and translation agencies to make sure all needs are being met * Ensure relevant sales and marketing materials are available to support agreed ‘Focus areas’ or ‘Focus Launches’ * Liaison with relevant colleagues to ensure .com content is relevant for EMEA and correct.  Act as the escalation point for hyperx.com issues (excluding site structure) to US/Global team * Asset management and measurement for all internal and external EMEA web sites.  To include Partner Programme asset uploading, reporting and recommendations for action. * Creation and maintenance of all product launches i.e: Set up sheets, copy text and other assets as necessary to support sales / marketing * Creation of informative, relevant and regular emails to both internal and external stakeholders that promote or support product lines * Work with legal teams both in EMEA and US to understand and resolve issues, clarify legal positions and define terms, packaging or product requirements.  * Ensure that products are suitably packaged in line with EMEA market needs and legal requirements.  Feed packaging changes back to relevant US/Global team * Create and maintain product launch and marketing activity roadmaps for internal use (Marketing Roadmap) * Responsible for relevant brand presentation (PPT) design and formatting compliance, publishing and maintenance * Product launch ASANA board maintenance   Other responsibilities   * Assist with the management of the EMEA product launch budgets providing monthly status reports to Managers * Manage early product samples for marketing and tracking document * Successfully communicate to relevant stakeholders * Manage product trainings & product family trainings on HyperX internal training platform
