Managing the Assistants team, their hours, duties, and schedule. Organizing workflow during the day. Prioritize jobs, communicate with the Studio Manager and the other leaders of departments to ensure that the higher standard is delivered every day to the client. Responsible for part of the purchases regarding studio maintenance and props for clients. Ensure that all the standards of safety and security are met on a daily basis. Be present and available to resolve problems with any kind of equipment, software, and situation. Help the Studio Manager with the vigilance of the building and the premises, with the stock, invoicing and the correct record of costs and labor time for clients and the studio. Collaborating with the Production Coordinator to plan the daily studio schedule, studios assignment, evaluating spaces, costs, and props.
