About me
Since working for Quintessentially, I have worked and built a network of relationships with established, global, luxury brands. I feel I have the energy, commitment and substantial skills to work in a fast pace, diverse and demanding environment whilst delivering high quality work. The role was varied, requiring a mixture of skills in day-to-day luxury customer service delivery and account management, staff training & development, operational support, reporting and supplier relationship development & management. As team leader I was responsible for building meaningful relationships with each client, establishing monthly targets and monitoring the team's daily achievements, presenting monthly reports to senior management as well as discussing continuous progress. Part of the role also involved working closely with sister businesses and trusted suppliers to ensure all VIP's inquiries were fulfilled with seamless and excellent service. From booking a taxi to arranging an engagement party in Goa; from securing a private jet to organising that once-in-a-lifetime vacation, no job was too big or too small. Clients included global brands in the luxury fashion and lifestyle brands. My daily responsabilities included: - Lifestyle: working with other lifestyle managers in different time zones and countries to book personal appointments, guarantee access to exclusive venues and events, source very hard to get items (for example, Hermes Bags) and organise their shipping as requested. - Travel: overseeing all of the business and private travel as directed. Organizing business oriented and/or family travel & holidays when requested. Ability to put together complicated itineraries and cope with last minute changes/requests. - Food/Drink: liaising with the world's best restaurants and caterers to accommodate client's requests for bookings and events. Undertaking ad-hoc projects as directed ? using creative flair to move private projects forward. Being able to ‘run’ with an idea and make it happen. Over the past four years, I developed strong organizational and management skills as well as a real passion for the food and drinks industry. Finally, I built strong relationships with reliable suppliers and contacts worldwide that helped me fulfill my client’s strict requirements in a timely manner. I am praised for my ability to work with others, think outside the box and to deliver immaculate assistance. I am also both fluent in English and French as well as having highly developed people skills.
Work history
Junior Account Manager & Team Leader
I previously worked within the luxury lifestyle management division of Quintessentially Group, with offices in over 60 cities worldwide. My focus was to support and oversee a team of 10 lifestyle managers within the concierge department and across three corporate accounts. As team leader I was responsible for building meaningful relationships with each client, establishing monthly targets and monitoring the team's daily achievements, presenting monthly reports to senior management as well as discussing continuous progress.
