About me
I am currently in year 13 studying Community Arts Practice at The BRIT School. On this course I’m learning how to plan and facilitate workshops with a wide range of clients. I have also been an assistant in a drama class for 4-5 year olds and having attended a theatre group since the age of nine, I have personally experienced the positive effects of the performing arts. Now I’m learning to facilitate workshops to help others access the positive effects of the performing arts and this is something that’s very important to me. I also sing, write songs and play guitar and I play at open mic nights to try and get my music out there.

I was a group support assistant with the 7-12 year olds. This involved supporting the group leader run activities and games and also being a one to one with a child if they needed it. I did this from September to December 2017 and supported them in the run up to their Christmas show.

I am currently in my second of two years studying Community Arts Practice at the BRIT school. During this time I have performed in a children’s theatre show, facilitated workshops alongside my peers at a day centre for adults living with dementia and supported the facilitation of workshops for adults with learning difficulties. As part of this course I have developed my acting, singing and movement skills and learnt how to facilitate workshops. I have also performed in and helped develop TIE shows.
