Working alongside security to ensure guests are seated efficiently and in a timely manner, organising front row allocation. Additionally assisting exhibitors in the galleries and providing information to visitors.

Main responsibilities included taking calls and assisting customers with the website, placing orders and creating gift cards/promotional codes on behalf of customers, and handling and resolving complaints and difficult situations. Working in the small Customer Service team for high end fashion brand Joseph. Sourcing products for customers, communicating with stores, organising repairs and exchanges are day to day responsibilities, alongside dealing with complaints, organising mail orders and assisting customers on our website. Arranging customers refunds, credit notes and exchanges and completing daily balance sheets for the finance department. Assisting the Legal Director with customers legal issues and composing letters as necessary. Attending weekly ecommerce meetings to fix website issues and report customer feedback. Assisting Hilary Alexander as she styles the annual Breast Cancer Care Gala and black tie charity event Fashion For The Brave. Liaising with PR offices and press teams to find and secure pieces to borrow for the shows, organising all samples that arrive, pulling pieces from stores and sample cupboards, styling outfits and looks for the show, dressing models at the shows and assisting at fittings.
Assisting the Whitehair Co. team in the hectic run up to London Fashion Week organising shows for two of their clients, Felder Felder and Cristina Sabaiduc. My duties included writing press releases and creating email marketing material, alongside invitation organisation outreach for clients. At Felder Felder show I assisted with VIP and front row seating, and I worked the door at the Cristina Sabaiduc digital presentation.
