Supervisor

Jigsaw

Jul 2007 - Jul 2009
  • I started as a Sales Assistant and within 2 months had been promoted to Supervisor. I oversaw the shop every Sunday as well as additional days throughout the week as needed. I made sure that all tasks were delegated effectively, cashed up and worked to make sure we hit the targets set for us. We worked hard to give each customer as much advice as they desired, ptentially giving everyone a personal shopper experience. Training sessions were given weekly to staff to make sure we all knew the pieces in store and due in store. This ensured we could provide the customer with as much help as they needed/wanted.
