As Account Manager, my role includes (but is not limited to) managing the on-going NIVEA and NIVEA MEN social posts and the live social campaigns. I work closely with the project management and creative team to execute new briefs online, present fresh ideas, and make sure everything is delivered of high quality.
My role involves driving long-term growth across all social media platforms for a variety of clients simultaneously. Through this, I've learned to adapt to many different tones of voices and manage multiple communities effectively. When working with ORS Hair Care Europe on their Instagram, the goal was brand awareness. I grew the page following by 32%, increased website clicks by 199%, and impressions by 6.8% over a 4 month period organically. I've populated social media content calendars and created data-focused reports as well as paid social campaigns that have generated revenue and/or leads for clients. My responsibilities included sourcing news relative to the Capital brand and audience. Writing up to 6 daily news features online and SEO pieces for an audience of over 3 million unique users.
My role at Scape UK involved defining, creating and implementing a strategy for social media and the Scape blog. Day to day tasks includes curating the online content calendar, management of online communities (Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter), content creation (video and photography), reporting and customer service. Key achievements include striking multiple partnerships with students to reignite the student accommodation YouTube Channel and Instagram Stories.
As the freelance Digital Editor for Bauer Media’s KISS Network (KISS, KISSTORY, and KISS FRESH), I was responsible for the daily publishing and management of digital content. This included producing engaging brand content for kissfmuk.com and connected social media channels, working with the programming and news team on developing content synergy, and breaking entertainment news as and when on the website.
Fan Factory is a tech social media agency that specializes in increasing sales for brands through the digital consumer journey. As Social Media Manager I developed and managed online marketing campaigns for the growth of various businesses. I worked primarily on Facebook, Linkedin, and Instagram on increasing brand awareness, lead generation, sales, and other KPIs. I provided data analysis to clients for them to understand their customer base by utilizing Google Analytics, Facebook, and other FanFactory marketing tools. A key campaign I spearheaded was the David Haye vs Tony Bellew 2017 fight. I handled all live social media activations, social brand partnership fulfilments, and live posting which resulted in the branded hashtag #HayeBellew trending for 48 hours.
Social Media Assistant for both the Isabella Oliver Maternity and sister brand Baukjen. My main responsibility is the sole management of social media channels for both brands primarily Facebook, Twitter and Instagram. During my time I increased the CTR and shaped the Instagram to be the top referrer to the website.
