Together with another 29 youths, we embarked on a challenge to participate in a project in 3 villages in West Seram, Maluku for the development of the villages. This was carried out through 4 main pillars, Entrepreneurship, Tourism, Education and Waste Management. Additionally we also provided infrastructural proposals.
The role entailed of taking care of recording and administering daily accounting transactions, carrying out due diligence tracking for clients and partnerships, while ensuring the recording and organisation of daily information.
The role of Conference Committee President consisted of the coordination and organisation of the conference, from the marketing, logistical and delegates services perspective while ensuring that the conference provided the right logistics, support and environment required for the facilitators. This role required complete synergy with the Agenda Manager and Conference Manager to deliver perfect execution according to the vision and purpose of the conference.
This was a 6 week program, for those who registered as unemployed. The program consisted of training in Computing Skills, Maltese, English, Maths and Customer Servicing
