About me
Coming a long way from academical education of painting and drawing in Russia, several design schools and Photography studies in Germany I have settled in a very individualistic artistic practice, which is based on the special feature of photographic medium to always have a connection to an existing reality. By acting as a painter and a sculptor first, I create a unique reality, which will be fixed only in my photographic images. Working mostly in the pure artistic context before, I want to challenge myself by working for more commercial projects. My unique vision, detail oriented work, feeling for the perfect composition, original visual language combined with my experience of dealing with different clients I gained by working in two service agencies let me create concepts and ideas for the nontrivial, exciting aestethic advertisements and editorials. I'm convinced, that art and commerce could exist together and I'd like to show the wider audience a novel way of taking photographs. I am open to any kind of collaborations.
Projects
  • Still life abstract photography
Still life abstract photographyBy working with traditional artistic media, as clay, paint and fabrics I create new forms and constructions, which will be fixed afterwards only in photographic images. So, the viewer is confronted by the photographs with unique aesthetic of something familiar and surreal at the same time.

I don‘t like calling my images abstract because its specific components are not abstract but the subjects shown are being abstracted from ordinary things. Each recipient can judge the images by their individual experience and memory. They propose a platform to discuss and ask how people look at, experience and r
  • Noodles and Superstars
Noodles and Superstars"Music of the lines" is an illustration project, which deals with the everyday's life situations, as well as with portraits and still lives. Simplified and abstracted, sometimes with humor, sometimes with irony, but always on the point.
