Responsible for all key account activities across digital social channels for Sony Movies and Irish beef.
● Working across two accounts required strong time management skills and the prioritisation of conflicting tasks.
● Copywriting all social posts in line with the monthly content calendar, and executing social campaigns from project inception through to delivery.
● Extracting the social performance metrics of monthly content to create a clear understanding of the impact for each month.
● Responsive community management daily and reactive to trends.
● Heavily involved in PR activity for Irish beef. (This was a new business route taken by Spinnaker,
leading to positive feedback from the client).
Key Achievements
My idea for a social campaign gained over 6.4 million impressions and 650k engagement and was taken forwards to Sony Movies on-air entertainment.
COVID resulted in a reduction in staff within Spinnaker. This demonstrated considerable resilience and the ability to meet multiple customer demands in a difficult environment.
Built a strong relationship with both clients, and received positive feedback concerning both my ideas and my ability to execute all responsibilities.

My interest in the psychology of consumer behaviour led to this internship within an advertising agency which had developed a niche focused on behavioural science.
An administrative and research-based role to implement behavioural science in creative strategies.

● Responsible for sending insertion orders and proposals to clients.

Key Achievements
Created proposals for three new projects using behavioural bias suggestions.
The ability to build rapport with clients led to setting up five new meetings with potential clients from cold-calling.
