I am currently working as General Manager at HCM Music College, following on from studying 2 years of the ICMP BA Songwriting Degree.
My duties cover a broad range of areas and I manage the day to day running of the business.
I am skilled in administration and managing a team. As well as this I have experience in digital marketing and event organising.
I am currently looking for a new challenge to pursue my passion for business.

I currently work as the Education Manager at HCM Music College in Ware. I started working as an Admin Apprentice at HCM in October 2017 and completed the 18-month course in just 12 months, obtaining a Level 3 Business Diploma. I was then employed by HCM as an Administrator and in November 2018 was promoted to Education Manager.
I work within a small team which means my job role expands across many elements. I work closely along side the CEO to ensure the smooth running of the 3 different Diploma courses across 3 different sites, as well as the HCM Academy which offers evening and weekend instrument lessons.
I am also responsible for organising events such as concerts, showcases, promotional days and open evenings. On top of this, I manage the company facebook, keeping the content flowing, as well as making any copy changes to the website and writing and posting blogs. My day to day work involves looking after all admin matters for all areas of the business and customer service.
