I'm currently studying Marketing (consumer psychology) BA Hons at Birmingham City University, I'm in my second year. I'm very hard working and motivated with a positive attitude towards everything. I'm a sociable person and enjoy meeting new people.

I provide a service to ensure customer satisfaction, I take orders, deliver food and drinks to the customers, make recommendations, answer any questions and dealing with customer complaints. I also polish, clean and help managers with any other setting up or closing down jobs that are needed to do. I have had staff training regarding customer service and improving knowledge of the food served and basic bar work. Furthermore, I passed level 2 of ‘Food Safety’ and ‘Health and safety’ on FLOW hospitality training.

I worked alongside the marketing team at ETM (restaurant and bar chain) doing a variety of different jobs for the company as well as joining business meetings. The jobs included; Planning and creating events, competitor analysis for the company, website checks and amendments, marketing minutes, helping to run events, creating mood boards for new projects.
