Responsibilities include, being the first point of contact for all new enquiries, liaising with designers and private clients on projects and orders, creating quotations and invoices, following up all quotations within one week, ensuring a good knowledge of entire product range and price list, advising on and pricing bespoke designs, taking part in trade shows as required, managing and maintaining Spina’s social media channels, managing sample loans for clients and press.
Tasks include maximizing sales to reach our targets, serving customers, providing excellent customer service with a good knowledge about the products, to maintain Phase Eight’s exceptional visual merchandising standards throughout the store to give each of our customers that ultimate shopping experience.
Tasks include opening and closing the store, serving customers, providing a high level of customer service. Maintaining the visual merchandising standards and with instructions from head office, carrying out shop floor moves and changing mannequins to the Crew Clothing standards.
I was responsible for receiving requests from publications and stylists and managing press sample bookings. I also monitored media coverage from publications and online. I provided administrative support for the PR team including booking couriers, photocopying, scanning, filing, and helped with social media including Twitter, Instagram and Pinterest. Alongside my day-to-day tasks I had to handle the new spring/summer 2014 sample arrivals.
