Online Assistant
Initiating and executing promotional campaigns to increase web presence and level of enquires using social media platforms: Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest.
Administrative support by preparing documentation and correspondence to support the Online Manager and ensuring information is sent out in a timely manner.
Created finance management database system, updating and maintaining institute databases, records and schedules.
Providing effective support services to staff and students within the online area as well dealing with enquiries via telephone and emails.
Assistant Manager

Bookings-day-to-day diary and event co-ordination, production and management, including contracting & invoicing by liaising with the Finance department to ensure preparation of invoices for various purchases, and keeping a record of what has been paid and what is owed for all events.
Daily liaison with clients (promoters, film producer, event organisers ) on the phone, email or in person regarding setup of new events, marketing ideas and preparation of various reports as & when required.
New business support, security & sound engineer rotas, managing and running of DBS checks.
Using content management systems to maintain and update websites and internal databases.
Administration duties, from ordering stationery supplies to organising and storing paperwork, documents and computer-based information.
Social media, website listing and general marketing support to increase web presence.
Acted as a representative and front of house manager for Bush Hall in Manager & Director’s absence.
Input into the design of promotional material.
Co-ordinating and distributing promotional material throughout the venue.
