I am a social, enthusiastic, and well-mannered individual with a great customer service experience. Being passionate about providing the highest quality of customer care has shaped my motivated and disciplined nature and my determination to complete everything I do to the best of my ability, which has allowed me to gain amazing experiences in the hospitality and retail sector. My attention to details has encouraged positive relationships with managers, colleagues as well as clients. I have gained the necessary leadership skills through my experience as a cub leader, as well as working with and leading a team at Nando's. These opportunities have provided me with interpersonal and communication skills which allows me to adapt to any environment and work amongst a team seamlessly.
