-Lead and manage teams of up to 20 designers/project managers and up to 15 globally situated clients and multiple suppliers/production houses at any given time.
-Solely responsible for the successful running, growth and efficiency of all these accounts.
-Account lead on Global Travel Retail activations, packaging, on-trade activations, experiential, retail, social media, 360 campaigns, and film projects - managing all costs, timings, presentations, internal teams, and final deliverables.
-New business - successfully lead, wrote, presented and won seven creative pitches.
-Responsible for hiring the account and production department.
