Project Management:
Responsible for co-ordinating the development and execution of events at a variety of prestigious venues and private homes. Responding to briefs, developing creative proposals and ensuring that these ideas became tangible for the client.
Budget Management:
Creating, managing and reconciling budgets of up to £2 million. Confirming suppliers, processing POs and tracking financial spend on Xero software.
Team Leadership:
Lead producer managing the capacity and responsibilities of a direct team of five. Tracking and evaluating the progression of all individuals through frequent team meetings, reviews and appraisals for each project. Ensuring that all members were greatly acknowledged and motivated to excel.
During the build and the actual live events, managing up to and over 100 members of staff at a time, from various external contractors and entertainment agencies, ensuring that each knew their specific role and responsibility's.
Operations & Logistics:
As soon as a budget is signed off, responsible for the meticulous planning and organisation of that event. Including working closely alongside key suppliers; undertaking in-depth discussions, meetings and site visits to ensure efficient and effective project development and minimal risk.
Developing detailed build & de-rig schedules and running orders for the actual event.
Client Liaison:
Professionally discussing the planning and progress of an event with high-profile clients ensuring that they were completely satisfied and comfortable throughout the entire process.
