• Responsible for preparing and implementing an effective training programme at RYA Level Certification. Achieved by employing the skills learned when achieving the RYA Dinghy Instructor Qualification with Racing Endorsements (October 2013).
• Co-managed a team of up to twelve sailing instructors to implement the programme both on and off the water.
• Overall responsibility for the teaching and safety of up to eight boats at any one time, each containing up to two beginner sailors, in challenging open water conditions.
• Communicated with parents and fellow instructors to ensure all participants achieved their full potential.
