About me
After having studied abroad my senior year in the United Kingdom, I realized my love for travel and interest in experiencing new cultural perspectives. Upon graduation from the University of Missouri, I moved to London to complete a master's degree in film and television industry studies. This degree has not only given me the opportunity to research a topic that I am interested in, but also to live in a city where the media industry is rich in talent, cutting edge development, and never ending nuances. Since beginning my degree in London, I have had countless chances to further discover my field by completing research for my master's thesis which focuses upon American television industry. Essentially, the progress I have made in my master's degree combined with further research for my thesis has solidified my desire to work within media and the arts. I have a passion for expression and discovery which I believe are the two pillars of foundation for the arts world. Although my experiences thus far have mainly been administrative, they have allowed me to develop skills necessary for a professional environment. I am eager to continue in this field and to broaden not only my skills but curiosity.
