1 Hr 371 Hour 37 is a calculation of silence in J.D. Salinger’s novella Franny and Zooey, figured by using punctuation marks as a measure. If a full-stop, an ellipsis, a comma are moments for breath, then how much silence exists between the words on the page?
I was commissioned to produce the cover artwork for The V&A's 2018 performance festival programme 'Censorship and Circus' as well as their April 2018 Friday Late programme 'Circus Past, Present and Future'.
