I love this role, making coffee, serving customers and prepping food. We are all passionate about sustainability, and are always thinking of ways we can reduce our environmental footprint, from buying milk straight from the churns, eliminating plastic bottles, to using local, seasonal produce. We are also passionate about the community we serve, welcoming each customer with warmth. This role often involves teaching younger members of staff to use the till or prep food, and I enjoy building relationships with all staff members.

My time at Falmouth taught me so much, and inspired so many different avenues of creativity. The course had both practical and theory elements, to ensure we came out of it with a rounded knowledge of our industry. The course opened my eyes to many different industries, and I loved the opportunity to collaborate with so many incredibly talented creatives. I was thrilled to finish my time in Falmouth with a 1st Class Degree.
