About me
Ellie is a Surface Pattern Designer with a passion for print, pattern and colour. Ellie has studied BA (Hons) Printed Textiles & Surface Pattern Design and graduated from Leeds Arts University with a First Class Honours. Ellie's work revolves around colour and painterly, expressive marks. The exploration of colour relationships enables her to explore many themes and styles, through drawing and painting. Working intuitively with colour, Ellie creates fresh and unique colour palettes to translate into designs. CAD is used to create technical repeats and surface pattern designs that can be applied to a range of surfaces including interiors, fashion, home and giftware.
