I have just finished my second year studying a BA(Hons) in Graphic Design and Animation at the University of Huddersfield UK with a First (1:1)
I have expressed deep creativity since I was a child, and consider myself extremely lucky to have been brought up by a family who have always encouraged me to pursue my dream and develop my talents. Thanks to them my creativity has been nurtured all my life and now I am ready to take all of my creativity and learnt skills and apply it to business in the most effective way possible.
I think of myself as a very modern designer- I am passionate about social change and environmentally conscious. This can be seen in my portfolio of work in my Zine about plastic pollution and work I have done with a Manchester based social equality group. I try my best to keep to date with trends in the media, and political debate, as I think that art is something that benefits from kept up to date, in order to keep your work relevant and interesting. I am so excited to become part of such an ever changing and evolving industry, and hope that you might be the team of people who help me on my journey to making my own stamp on it.
The main part of being a designer for me is to come up with the best way to get a message to most effectively converge with an audience. I think new ideas and outside of the box thinking determines the success and impact of this convergence point. I pride myself in the ability to create a piece which has the brands own style, incorporating everything asked for in a given brief while still having my own personal style.

- Brutally Honest SelfiesAs the increased use of social media in modern day life pushes new beauty standards onto society, more and more people are becoming depressed due to constantly comparing themselves to seemingly ‘perfect’ people on social media. in my project i strived to explore the kinds of pictures people feel comfortable posting on social media vs ones they would never share.
