Recent graduate from Manchester Metropolitan University having graduated with a first class degree in BA Hons Criminology. I can demonstrate evidence of excellent organisation and communication skills gained through various previous job roles. I am extremely experienced in providing high levels of customer service as well as working both alone and within a team in a number of fast paced professional environments. I am also a fluent Spanish speaker which only adds to my communicative and interpersonal skills gained throughout my customer focused employment history.

DA Languages are a translation and interpreting agency who supply translation and interpreting services to both the private and public sectors. Throughout my time in this position I facilitated the booking of face-to-face interpreters to a number of NHS Trusts, Councils and private sector clients. Due to my quick development within the role, I was given the responsibility of managing the company's single largest client which represented almost half of our entire annual turnover. I personally facilitated over 2,000 requests per month whilst also directing a two person support team so that, between us, we could provide the best possible experience for the client whilst simultaneously building strong relationships with the team of freelance linguists. My proactive and caring manner increased the service delivery to a record level in the history of DA Languages, something which I am extremely proud of.

As part of my post graduate work experience, I worked for Pearson Education in Spain. During the time I spent with the company I completed a review of the Edexcel International GCSE Maths A revision guide and app which was made available to students in early 2019.  My suggested improvements to the revision guide and app content were implemented and I understand that they have resulted in improved performance. Working in this professional environment helped me to gain experience of working under time constraints and pressure, whilst also carrying out general administrative duties in support of the European Sales Director and his team.
