• In my current role, I am the first point of contact for visitors to the office and also manage the switch board for all calls to Tate Enterprises. I am responsible for maintaining the trade and sales inboxes, responding to all enquiries, processing trade orders for the publishing department, taking payments, raising invoices, handling customer service for the online shop, processing refunds and investigating fraudulent transactions. I order office supplies, arrange meetings, produce weekly exhibition catalogue sales reports, organise couriers, collections, incoming and out-going mail and any other adhoc admin duties that may be required. This is a varied and busy role and relies heavily on my organisation and communication skills.
