First Class Honours in Politics and Theatre from the University of Goldsmiths
I am a 24-year-old creative producer and facilitator raised in London. I graduated from Goldsmiths University with First class honours in Politics and Theatre, where most of my work was based on community action through installations and workshops using audio-visual work.
The focus of my work is based on communication, identity, gender inequality, and online extremism. I have 4+ years of ground experience in inclusivity, sexual well-being, and sexual violence prevention.
I produce events, workshops, photographs, film, and audio-visual work for underrepresented members of society and activists. Using art and creativity as a medium to communicate empathy, humanity, and reality is at the heart of my practice. In the past, I have developed and delivered workshops to aid workplaces and organizations to create a safer workspace.
I have experience consulting for charitable organizations and creative companies with a specific focus on sexual violence prevention.

Head of EducationEveryone's Invited
London, United KingdomFull Time
My time spent as Education and Facilitation lead for Everyone's Invited revolves around overseeing and managing our educational programs and initiatives. This is including:
Strategic Planning: Developing and implementing strategic plans to enhance the educational offerings and achieve organisational goals. This involves setting objectives, identifying priorities, and creating strategies to improve the quality of education.
Curriculum Development: I have designed the current curriculum and update this every term to ensure it aligns with educational standards, reflects best practices, and meets the needs of students. I facilitate the collaboration between the students, staff and parents in the development of our programme.
Staff Development: I provide guidance, mentorship, and support to teachers and facilitators, promoting continuous improvement in teaching methodologies, instructional techniques, and assessment strategies.
Educational Policy: On a day to day I keep up with educational policies, regulations, and trends, both at the local and national level. I ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations and make informed decisions regarding policy implementation within the organisation.
Quality Assurance and Evaluation: In my role as Head of Education, I have established systems for monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of educational programs.
Educational Research: I work alongside the research team at Everyone's Invited to promote and support educational research, identifying research opportunities, facilitating research initiatives, and integrate evidence-based practices into the organisations educational strategies.
External Representation: I spend a lot of time representing the organisation in external forums, conferences, and meetings. I contribute to educational discussions, advocate for the organisations educational objectives, and build partnerships with other educational institutions and charities.
