- Redefining The "O" Word - ThirdwayThirdway wanted to create a film for the launch of their campaign "Redefining the "O" Word". They wanted a fast based punchy motion graphics piece interspersed with video. This video had industry wide effects with other property based companies coming to us at LongStoryShort for what they called "an "O" word style video" rather than describing it as an animated explainer video.

Worked as the sole lead designer for property marketing start-up LongStoryShort, specialising in social media. Producing full packages of social media assets including video and animation. This involved shooting footage on location, creating on brand motion graphics.
As the current sole designer I have been able to embrace collaboration, while being able to handle projects individually. This enables me to work close with my clients to understand their marketing goals to engage their prospective clients.

Joining as an apprentice in 2019, I quickly got on board with many aspects of marketing such as print and digital design, film, animation, video editing and photography. The role also developed to take on more responsibility including Marketing Executive tasks like SEO, social media management, copywriting and content management. I gained lots of experience in this role even outside of my department like Bootstrap 5 front end software development.

Working in house, I researched, prepared and developed the media messaging to maximise audience engagement, capturing the strategy and objectives of the brand I was representing. The content I created was be used as part of media, advertising and marketing campaigns.
