About me
With almost 20 years experience in the global HR arena, we know what makes employees work smart and work happy. We’ve developed strategy and grown satisfaction with brands such as Nike, PVH (Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein) and AllSaints.  Founded in 2018 by Elma O’Reilly, the business mainly focuses on the fashion, retail, sports and lifestyle industries but we have a transferable skill set which can enlighten any business. We work on an international level with particular focus on Europe, UK, US and Asia markets. Our experience also covers franchise, wholesale and owned retail business. ​ ​We are passionate about our business and have a transparent and optimistic approach to our work, which brings clarity and enlightenment to the projects we work on.
