About me
I am a Business and Management graduate with a diverse knowledge and interest across multiple areas of marketing and management. I am looking to progress these interests in a full-time position in marketing whereby I can apply my existing knowledge and build upon my current experience gained as a social media manager. I work well under pressure and enjoy being challenged whereby I can progress and develop my skillset. I hope to work in a team of similarly dedicated individuals, whereby I can continue to learn and also share my own concepts and ideas. I have managed numerous projects and proposals individually which has allowed me to progress my managerial expertise and consistently use my own initiative to achieve goals and objectives. I am organised and pay great attention to detail to ensure that all my work is at an optimum standard. I have had to meet numerous deadlines at university and as a social media manager which has enhanced my ability to work at a fast pace and complete all projects on time or ahead of schedule. I am currently living and working in Glasgow after graduating from the University of Glasgow last June, but looking for employment in London.

    • Managed Braw Robot’s Facebook, Twitter and Instagram accounts by creating and curating relevant content topics, scheduling and proofreading posts and managing channels using Sprout Social. • Created and curated content for clients such as Platform street food market, Riverside Festival, Electric Frog Performance and Events and assisted with the management of their social media channels. • Responsible for creating social media reports for clients by extracting and analyzing data from social media insights. • Regularly worked with the graphic designer to plan and design new content for Braw Robot’s social media channels and content to meet clients’ design briefs. • Responsible for planning and setting up photoshoots with clients to create content for social media campaigns, always ensuring that sets of photographs are reviewed with the highest quality content chosen to post. • Devised detailed social media management proposals for new and potential clients. Additional roles at Braw Robot: • Distribution: Assisted with the day to day distribution of clients posters and flyers across Glasgow. • PR: Responsible for managing and leading the Braw Robot PR team, ensuring that the team maintained an enthusiastic and positive image whilst promoting events for our clients. • Box Office: Always provided a quality front line service at our clients events, ensuring that ticket management was handled in a professional and efficient manner and effectively dealt with customer queries.
