  • I spend half of the week on the front desk welcoming members of the public into our Gallery space, registering potential purchasers and event attendees into our sales and marketing database and take care of any meetings that are held in our boardroom. The other half of the week I am based in our offices as a marketing assistant working with PR, assisting with the organization of events including VIP sales launches, live music, and other Lifestyle/culture events. Using Adobe software I create marketing/strategy presentations for our CEO and Hong Kong offices, in addition I also assist NOW Gallery working on any up and coming installations and Fashion commissions for their space, press launches, social media and work on bringing people to their gallery and surrounding area. Other duties include managing floristry services, cleaning/building maintenance and the admin team

  • During my time at Topshop, I became a strong and valued member of the team. I drove sales, met targets and delivered a strong customer service. I completed daily rotas, managed the shop floor also being part of the team. I was one of the stores Fashion Role Models, encouraging staff to style current trends and promoting the brand to customers. Furthermore, I was a key member of the Visual Merchandising team, where I created outfit builds, and worked on customer flow between fixture placements. I reviewed best sellers weekly where I then would report back to managers on what is working and present new ideas on how to boost sales and further create the perfect shopping experience.




May 2013 - Aug 2014
  • During my time at university I free-lanced as an assistant for a stylist. By contributing to her blog, I produced a strong network among this field. My skills here included creating shopping experiences, helping with ‘wardrobe surgery’ and styling for photo and video shoots. Through my experience in sales, I built up my own client base, in which I regularly provided personal shopping and styling services, in a trustworthy, and empathetic, experienced way.

  • During my time at All Saints, I dealt with deliveries, made sure stock was maintained and replenished to store standards, delivered excellent customer service and operated the tills. I assisted the Visual Merchandising team dressing the mannequins to fit trends and ensuring displays were unique and on-brand.
